Kevin Randle’s Roswell Dream Team Cover-Up on the Paracast

Copyright 2013, InterAmerica, Inc.

Kevin Randle made an appearance on Gene Steinberg’s Paracast show this past week [June 25-29, 2013].

A link to the broadcast may be found in the Anomalist listings for June 30th at Anomalist.com

What a hoot.

The show was a mish-mash of misinformation and dodges by Steinberg and Randle.

Steinberg brought up that Tony Bragalia, of Randle’s Roswell Dream team, had presented the Aztec is Roswell thesis.

Tony Bragalia wouldn’t even consider such a goofy idea (which is mine) and has disavowed any connection to such a bizarre notion.

Mr. Randle didn’t correct Steinberg’s gaffe.

Steinberg then went on to excoriate Mr. Bragalia for not accepting an invitation to appear on the Paracast show.

Randle and Steinberg offered reasons why Mr. Bragalia turned down the offer: Mr. Bragalia is secretive, Mr. Bragalia might be good as a writer but not as a radio guest, Mr. Bragalia wants his voice to remain private and unheard.

The real reason Mr. Bragalia won’t appear on Mr. Steinberg’s show is that he (Bragalia), like me, find Mr. Steinberg’s recent pleas for money to help him with his personal finances to be disingenuous and off-putting.

(Mr. Bragalia is a man of high ethic and moral behavior.)

Randle, when pressed, by Steinberg, about new information on Roswell that he and his Dream Team were working on, Mr. Randle offered that the Team was re-scrutinizing the Ramey Memo – which David Rudiak and others have made attempts to decipher.

Randle also indicated that he had checked White Sands for rocket mishaps and found none for the Roswell time-frame.

At no time did Mr. Randle bring up the suggestion that he and his Dream Team have discovered a photo of an "alien" body, on a slab or palette, which was taken by a geologist who, with members of a geological team, stumbled upon in an area north of Roswell in July 1947.

Randle, earlier in the broadcast, said that the Aztec con-men (Newton and GeBauer) had used Roswell information in their scheme to create an Aztec crash which gave them advanced alien technology that could be used to find hidden minerals and oil.

That’s pretty close to my hypothesis that Aztec, in Scully’s book, is a disguised version of what happened at Roswell, one year earlier than the alleged Aztec incident.

Again, Mr. Randle is hem-hawing about Roswell, and putting his spin on that 1947 episode.

That he didn’t disabuse Mr. Steinberg of his misinformation about Mr. Bragalia and the Aztec is Roswell thesis is appalling.

That he didn’t have the guts to tell Mr. Steinberg some people will not appear on The Paracast for ethical reasons is also disheartening.

As PurrlGurrl and others keep reminding us, Roswell will get the same cockeyed spin, from Mr. Randle’s Dream Team, as it has for the past sixty-six years.

Listen to the show to hear what one can expect or not expect from Mr. Randle’s Roswell regurgitation.

  • The dream team would be better occupied in trying to prove that Bacon, and possibly Marlowe, wrote Shakespeare's plays.

The clues are all there, just as in the Ramey memo!

  • If I were titling the show, CDA, I would call it Weasel Talk.

    What a joke.

Steinberg hasn't a clue about what's going on in UFO circles.

And Randle is being coy, as usual.

  • Randle should be ignored. His Roswell Dream Team is just more hooey to be on the Ufo Conference Circuit (circus) for the next decade. It's all about cynically making money for him.[imo]

  • Susan,

I've tried to tread lightly about Randle's Dream Team. mostly because our colleague, Anthony Bragalia (a good guy) is on the Team.

But after hearing how Mr. Bragalia was treated by Messieurs Randle and Steinberg on the Paracast broadcast, I think it's time to take the gloves off.

Mr. Randle was doing the Roswell spiel we've been hearing for years.

And Mr. Steinberg is out of the UFO loop, knowing little or nothing about what's been going on about Roswell, and other things in UFO circles nowadays.

Playing coy with what is really going on with the DT irks.

And attributing my bizarre Aztec is Roswell thesis to Mr. Bragalia, who eschews my idea vehemently was just too much.

Mr. Randle could have clarified the issue.

    He didn't.

Oh I think we've gone well past coy. If you're not going to talk about what new information you may have why bother doing the radio show circuit?

You are entitled to your opinions, but not your facts. I have a long letter from Bragalia explaining why he won’t come on The Paracast, and it comports with what I said on the show. My statements about his opinion re: the Aztec/Roswell connection are also accurate.

Have a nice day, and try to avoid making things up next time.

One minor correction: Bragalia informs me now that, although the article about the Aztec/Roswell connection appeared on a site to which he contributes, he was not the actual author of the piece. But the confusion is understandable, since the site in question doesn’t appear to contain bylines for the contributors.

Mr. Steinberg -- Mr. Bragalis is being kind.

His reason for not appearing on your show is as I've stated.

As for bylines to articles here, all are signed or initialed, in my case RR.

    Cognoscenti know who that is.

People listening to the Kevin Randle broadcast, who frequent here, know that neither you nor Mr. Randle are on top of what is going on in the current Roswell controversy.

Mr. Randle obfuscated and you had a dearth of information at your fingertips.

No one is making up anything here.

But some stuff was made up during the Randle Paracast show.

Persons "tuning in" can make that determination on their own.

Rich Reynolds or RR as I'm known in these parts.

  • In the world of paranormal/UFO podcasts there are, alas, no Edward R. Murrows.

My biggest gripe with The Paracast is that it's on GNC (don't even start me on that). Some shows are interesting and many are just hot air. I haven't heard this show yet, but apparently some think it falls in the latter category.

But once again, that's Ufology, folks. Taking it too seriously is a sure sign of needing an intervention and a 12-step recovery program. Arguing about Roswell is like arguing about how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.

Meanwhile, Randall's been all over the place, promoting some witnesses for a time then later discrediting them (I believe the Roswell undertaker was one of them, but that could be wrong. I don't commit Randall's words to memory.).

The Dream Team is much the same gang who've been spinning, distorting, and embellishing the facts for years. Why would anyone expect what they have to say now will be either "Truth" or the last word?

  • Randle continues to show the classic signs of a true conspiracy buff: hilariously now placing himself at the center of the mystery.

He now apparently believes that the Air Force Roswell reports were created because he (and other saucer nuts) were getting too close to the truth!

This new belief ignores the history (historical research never being a strong skill for Randle) of the events leading up to the report.

I am reminded of when I interviewed Howard Menger about Otis Carr: it was quite clear that Menger didn't know much about Carr but by the end of our conversation Menger was trying to convince me that he was at the center of the case!

  • Lance:

I like Kevin Randle. as do you, I think, but...

in his Paracast visit, he was a weasel, and he is insinuating that he (and his Dream Team) will resolve the Roswell conundrum, even as his verbal machinations betray the usual ET bias underlying his (and his team's) modus operandi.

I see hem-hawing and and a hidden agenda.

  • I'm curious as to why news of this alleged photographic evidence is not more widely known. As I understand it the party controlling the material has tried to cut deals with several media companies; why is everyone so tight-lipped?

By Blogger Ross Evans, at Friday, July 05, 2013

  • Ross:

That's what we'd like to know.

By Blogger RRRGroup, at Friday, July 05, 2013

  • RRRGroup,

And in light of this photographic evidence one is disposed to ask why the hell Randle is bothering to go on the commercial laden Paracast radio show to proffer mendacious rubbish.

Randle has excoriated plenty of people whose public opining on some aspect of the UFO phenomenon is at odds with what they privately know to be true. Yet there he is rummaging through an ashtray of UFOlogical fag ends with Steinberg

By Blogger Ross, at Friday, July 05, 2013

  • Ross...

The Paracast, while a debacle, did give insight to Mr. Randle's mind-set and Mr. Steinberg's lack of knowledge about what's going on in UFO circles currently.
