The reporter interjects some expert opinion :"That’s not in the cards. But there’s plenty of reason to believe a submarine could be built that would significantly exceed the speed of today’s fastest models"..then goes on to give the working example of the Russian torpedo as well as news of similar developments.All of this reminds me of a former USAF mechanic who told me of a strange electrical hookup he stumbled upon on a RS71 Blackbird which he was told could cut air resistance on a wings leading edge.
