An Alien Photo?

This photo appeared at http://www.ufobc.ca/yukon/alienphoto.htm with this itemization:

"The following photograph ... appeared in an issue of the Stargate Newsletter, Number 9 February-March 1997 Published by Stargate International (no longer in existence)..."
I found the "photo" interesting, in light of the alleged "alien" depicted in the controversial Kodak slides we have been slobbering about recently. But read from the site noted, above, for more, and check out the site's home page:

  • I think Robert collins and Richard Doty said this is a real alien picture, but take a look at this side:

  • Thanks, Zak, for the clarification.

My point was to show the photo's similarity to the described "alien" in the Kodak slides, not to proffer the image as photo of a real alien.

    However...

  • RR-

The film 'Stargate' spun off a very successful and clever series of cable TV series beginning with 'Stargate SG-1'.

They used the plot device of a greatly advanced helpful alien race ('the Asgard') that manifested as 'Thor', 'Loki', etc.

The Asgard were very excellent CGI TV aliens:

(and they look just like Adam Dew's li'bro 'Shorty'...)

  • Loki-
I believe the Asgard on Stargate were actually practical effects. Animatronic to be exact. At least most of the time.
I actually didn't care for their appearance, and felt their eyes were spaced to closely together.
I must respectfully disagree with the likeness to Adam Dew's slider alien. :)
