  • For a while I thought the book was a fake (i.e. no such book existed), but I see Amazon stocks it. Some of the other plugs on that "Get News" site sound a bit over the top - on topics like finance, technology etc.

    It is the era of 'anything goes'. And if Trump says something, it must be true.
