The UFO debris controversy: my take (as if that's worthwhile)
You know my stance on UFOs: they are not extraterrestrial craft but are real and with substance (of some kind), from somewhere extraordinary, and purposefully enigmatic.
(I think my pal John Greenewald might agree somewhat with my stance. Buddy Tony Bragalia thinks UFOs are interplanetary, I believe, or, at least, real airborne craft.)
I can’t imagine spacecraft traversing the Galaxy, let alone the Universe, crashing all over the place, leaving debris or most of itself lying atop the ground. Remember the “flying saucer” in the movie The Thing (From Another World) igniting when exposed.
To my point:
Some of you know I was a Section Leader in The John Birch Society, believing, in a manner a bit like Trump’s extremist followers, that there are conspiracies afoot in the land, and secret machinations for various reasons, some quite mad and others woefully ingenious.
I have, in my possession – from JBS recruiting procedures – documents obtained by JBS leader Robert Welch – that showed communist infiltration into the American government and significant other capitalistic enterprises.
Those of you familiar with the Alger Hiss case know of which I speak.
There does seem to be a deep state operating within the confines of the United States overt political/government spectrum. Nick Redfern has discovered the same in many writings he’s offered.
Is it so unbelievable that the U.S. (or Russia, China, Britain) may have, in its possession, materials that they think are from UFOs?
After all, there are a number of reports and books {Kevin Randle wrote one) that detail "UFO crashes or accidents."
This is what Tony Bragalia thinks, and maybe even John Greenewald. John’s take is that such information would not be forthcoming in any cavalier or “disclosive” way as Tony Bragalia’s FOI posting indicates.
But it’s not unbelievable that Tony got a hint, a small clue, that the U.S. military thinks it has, in its possession (or even in the hands of an oddball, like Robert Bigelow), something that is from off the Earth.
John and Tony are bumping heads over a matter that has both crazy and possible actualities.
Let’s enjoy their back-and-forths. They are both gentlemen and good guys.

Debris in the trees seems to whisper "Louise" . . .
These reoccurring personal dramas are a distraction that feed into the disinfo schemes that color and pervade everything in this field. Whatever the reality is, it must be pretty gnarly for the cover-up to have been as thorough and gone on as long as it has. The shelf-life of simple deceits involving money or power expired long ago (they likely play a peripheral role but are not the core of the thing).
The narrative isn't being controlled by these researchers. It never has been. You'd think they'd be tired of getting played by now. But if they're waiting for answers from the government, well, Godot will show up first.

Greetings,
I remember Tony Bragalia retiering after the Roswell Slides fiasco.
Still here!
One the most naïve pro-UFO myth investigator I ever saw.
Il me fait pitié, en fait...
Well, that's Bragalia, after all...
My very best regards,

It is nice that we have a warmed-up exchange of opinions .. as Vallee says we need to follow the data .. the problem is we need to make sure that the data we are talking about are not fabricated ..
Same story like the Socorro claims (by Tony) that the whole thing was staged by brilliant techies...

We can either concentrate on the debris of AB's reputation, or that of the UFOs under study. As long as he remains intertwined with the real story, this is going to end badly.
UFOlogy has always been as much about the researcher as their research, but it's way past time to get beyond that.

Ron I am not sure that I follow you... can you be a bit more specific ?

Stavrosh: when the author becomes the story, the story suffers.
Bragalia's reputation took a hit after the Roswell slides story came crashing down. His professional biases, and combativeness in defense of such, got him as much attention in UFO circles as the story he helped promote. It ended badly for AB and more importantly for UFOlogy in general.
It looks like history is repeating with this UFO debris story, with AB's conclusions and research methods (and his finger pointing) under question once again, threatening to shunt aside whatever relevant facts are being uncovered.

Thanks Ron .. initially I did not connect AB with Mr. Bragalia .. as we have a saying in Italian "considering facts A and B .. "
Actually I have been interested in Mr. Bragalia's work starting not from the Roswell slides (which were kind of obvious that they had a different origin) .. but from his work on the Socorro case, which I found truly full of errors.
Warm Regards
