About the alleged 1945 San Antonio UFO crash:

Madness!

  • Top photo piece looks to be something out of the Pep Boys catalog. The bottom electron microscope photo is certainly freakier looking, but to suggest the stuff resembles "integrated circuits" is a leap. Wonder what chip designers will think, not an IT guy or immunologist. Curious also as to what it would look like full-size, and why that photo hasn't been published.

Kevin Randle has written that he's approaching this upcoming story cautiously, but he asks a pertinent question up front: if the military had already dealt with this Trinity crash, why were they running around so frantically two years later at Roswell?

And why is Vallee pushing this, with "witnesses" who, at least on the surface, don't pass the smell test?

  • This, Ron, is a pathetic story.

That Vallee and Randle are seriously fooling with it goes to the heart of the "madness" that has taken hold of the UFO topic.

Vallee is not only an IT guy .. judging from his diaries material he has a very good grasp of technologies even at a lower (i.e. circuit implentation ) level. I TRULLY hope that he will not get into the trap of interpreting scattered patterns as something coherent and related to 20th century technologies.

Now theoretically these crafts are maybe 500 or 1000 years ahead in technology .. If we judge this fact by our advancement the last 100 years .. we will conclude that it is impossible that the objects in the photos are from non-Terran technologies. I am a scientist and I am pretty sure that a technology 1000 years ahead would look like magic to us in the 21 century (to borrow from the creative genious of A. Clarke).

As time passes, I am very inclined to believe that in those years (1945-1947) human aviation experiments gave rise to the genesis of the UFO-crash mythology. I am more convinced after reading Maurizio Verga's book (1947: When UFOs came from Mars), where he depicts extremely well that crucial period for modern Ufology.

  • Stavros, I'm just tired of hearing from the Old Guard, and would like some new blood to tackle this thing. I'll check into the book you mention. Thanks.

  • All very interesting comments, and I would like to add; "the middle photo of a part"
allegedly picked up from the crashed site, [is earth made!?] Look at the welding on it,as good as you would find anywhere. There is nothing magic about this,it is as good as you would find anywhere here on earth. If this part, in the photo, did indeed come from the crashed UFO site, alleged 1945 San Antonio UFO crash:Then one can assume that the craft was manufactured here on earth. One of a "PROTO-TIPEs" we might think, that faild...and how many others, may have faild in the process of getting it right??......
